These walkthroughs show the complete flow in the Spanish interface.
The first screen you see when you sign in: a summary of what needs your attention today and how your practice is doing.
Before you start
- Be signed in to your practice.
Step by step
-
Sign in to Custodio. The dashboard is called Home in the sidebar.
-
Look at the cards at the top: what’s pending today, what needs review, your unread notifications, and how many matters are still open. Click any card to go straight to that screen. The open-matters card and chart only appear if your plan includes analytics.

-
If your plan includes analytics, a chart shows how many matters opened and closed over the last few days. Change the period (7, 30 or 90 days) or the series you want to see with the buttons above the chart.
-
Further down, a table lists the first things pending on your day, with the matter each one belongs to.
-
Open the pending-items card to reach My day. Filter a kind of item, review its detail and open the associated matter. The dashboard guides review; it does not mark tasks as completed.
The open-matters card leads to My practice, where you inspect the state of the practice; it does not filter the Matters list.
How you know it worked
You see your pending items, reviews and notifications, and the list of what’s on your plate today. Plans with analytics also show open matters and the chart.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A blank card with a warning | That query failed, even though the rest of the dashboard keeps working | Click retry; if it keeps failing, reach out through support |
| All figures are zero | Your practice doesn’t have anything pending, flagged or open yet | Nothing to do: it’s the normal state of a freshly opened practice |
| The chart says there’s no data | No matters opened or closed in the chosen period | Try a longer period |
