My practice and my plan
Custodio Legal
Video tutorials in Spanish
These walkthroughs show the complete flow in the Spanish interface.
How your practice is doing in five figures and, below that, which plan it has and how much allowance is left.
Step by step
-
Tap “My practice” in the menu. It opens the “How my practice is doing” screen.
-
Look at the five figures: open matters, opened this month, closed this year, deadlines ahead, and matters Custodio watches.

-
Open matters, Closed this year and Deadlines ahead link to matters, the archive and the agenda. Opened this month and Under watch are informational figures, not buttons.
-
Check the twelve-month chart: how many matters you opened and closed each month.
-
Keep scrolling to “AI usage” and see where your allowance is going: the daily credit consumption tells you how fast you’re spending, and the consumption by operation tells you on what — summaries, analyses, questions or drafts.

-
“My plan” is last: your practice’s plan and how long it’s paid through.

-
Check your allowance: user seats, open matters and Custodio credits, separately. An unlimited allowance says Unlimited and shows usage without a bar with an artificial ceiling.
-
Tap “Change plan” to see the catalogue, or “Add-ons & payments” to add seats, top up credits or open your invoices.
-
In the plan-management dialog, review Plans, Add-ons and, as an owner, Payments. Opening or closing it does not buy or change anything. Only the owner can initiate billing; after payment, the plan changes when the provider confirms it.
If there are no AI operations in the selected window, an empty state explains the lack of usage rather than displaying invented activity. Figures respect what your role can access.
How you know it worked
You see the five figures, the twelve-month chart, and the plan card with its status: current, with a pending payment, or canceled.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The buy, top-up or invoices button is locked | Only the practice’s owner can do that | Ask the practice’s owner |
| “There are more active people than paid seats” | The practice has more people working than seats it bought | No one loses access; add seats from “Add-ons & payments” |
| “There is no top-up published yet for your firm’s currency” | Credit top-ups aren’t available yet in your currency | Reach out through support |
| “See my invoices” says there’s no billing account | Your practice hasn’t bought a plan or add-on yet | Buy a plan first |
Depending on your country
The price does not change from one country to another: there is one price list and it is in dollars, the same for Colombia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. The plan catalogue and the credit top-up are charged in dollars, and your practice’s bank converts at the exchange rate of the day it is charged.
What does change by country is the reference: if your country has its own currency, an approximate equivalent appears under the dollar price, with the rate and the month it was calculated from. That reference is informative and is not the price.
