A plain-language checkup of the whole firm: which fronts need your attention today.

Before you start

  • Owners and lawyers open it, if the firm’s plan includes this feature.
  • Everyone sees the checkup over the matters their role can list: a lawyer sees their own, a partner sees the whole firm.

Step by step

  1. Go to Firm check-up from the sidebar.

  2. Read the verdict: one sentence saying whether your firm is in order or how many fronts need attention.

The verdict and the five checkup tiles, each with its figure or “In order”

  3. Tap a tile with a figure to jump to its section: risk concentration, stalled matters, repeated workloads, incomplete intelligence, or team decisions. A tile marked “In order” has no section to open.

  4. Inside a section, open its detail to move from the chart to the groups. Expand the supporting matters to see their files.

  5. Open a matter from the list and check the evidence before acting.

  6. These figures do not call an AI provider. If your plan includes an interpreted reading, its generation button opens a confirmation: it uses monthly credits. Cancel closes the dialog without generating a reading.

How you know it worked

Every tile with findings links to its section, and opening a matter from a list takes you straight to its file.

If something goes wrong

What you see What happened What to do
The link is visible, but access is denied Your plan or role does not enable the feature; a link is not permission Check capabilities with the owner from your practice and your plan
“This month’s AI quota is already spent” There’s no quota left to ask for the interpretation Wait for next month, or expand your quota
A matter you know exists doesn’t show up in any figure Your role doesn’t see it, or it’s healthy on that dimension Same rule as “My matters”: each role only counts what it can list
