These walkthroughs show the complete flow in the Spanish interface.

Upload a matter’s documents and Custodio reads them for you: it shows you the facts it found so you can decide which ones to keep.

Before you start

  • You need a matter that’s already been created.

Step by step

  1. From the matter file, click «Documents and facts».
  2. Drag your files into the upload area, or click to pick them — PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB each.

The original isn’t kept: as soon as Custodio finishes reading it, it’s discarded. What’s left is the document’s record and the text it pulled out of it.

  1. Watch «Custodio is reading» while it processes what you uploaded.
  2. Review the list of documents and what Custodio found in each one.

  1. Check or uncheck each fact Custodio proposes — a date, an amount, a party, a possible deadline — and confirm the ones left checked.
  2. If a document failed to read because of something temporary, use «Try reading it again».
  3. To delete a document, use «Delete source»: it also deletes the text Custodio pulled from it, and there’s no going back.

How you know it worked

The document turns to «Read» and its facts show up in the column next to it, ready to confirm.

If something goes wrong
